These terms apply whenever you buy a product marked available for instant purchase through Greystone Products.
Who you're buying from

Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy at the price shown at checkout, in the currency shown. We confirm acceptance of your order by email once payment has been captured.
Prices include VAT where applicable but exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Goods are dispatched only after payment has been successfully captured.
Right to cancel (EU/UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive. See our Returns & Cancellation Policy for how to exercise this right.
Product availability
Items marked "Made to order" or "Quote only" are not sold through instant checkout. Pricing, availability, compliance and delivery for those items are confirmed individually before any payment is requested.
